Vintage Thingy Thursday ...

A Native American made Pin Cushion from the early 1900's. I picked it up today looked at it and put it back down ... then I walked back to it and told it that it was coming home with me. I had NO clue what it was just that I really liked it and it would look neat in my living room.  I paid a whopping $5 for it.  When I did a little researching on it, it's possible that it's made by the Iroquois nation and sold as a souvenir at Niagra Falls.  I about fell over and was rather pleased that I second guessed myself and picked it back up.  :)

    I would have bought it too,even though I would have no use for it. I do not sew. Somethings you are just attracted to and cannot pass up.

      LV ... I liked it because it just kinda fits in my living room decor. :) But now I am "rethinking" where I will put it in there so it's safe from kids, cats and Doxies. :)
