I prefer to hand mix so you don't get to see the fun part as I was a hot mess in yeasty doughy goodness.
Fast forward and we have a yeast baby growing.

Pure naughty sugar, brown sugar and over a pound of butter for the filling.
(no fake sucralose or margarine going into this!!!)

As I learned from my mistake with the fondant.. yeah I had my apron on this time.

The disgruntled housewife emerges for a moment with pure glee. I can get away with it when it comes to dough substances.

Beat it like a red headed step child. (teasing, only teasing folks!)

Throw it on the counter and tell it who is boss. I like to abuse my food stuffs!

Me thinks I need a wider rolling area.. what say you?

Le goop!

Thanks Zoe for taking this one ... how to properly cut your buns. I was bad and didn't roll it tight enough so they had to be reformed once put into the pan. ;)

Mmmm ready to go .. just waiting for the oven to heat up.

A little din din while they bake ...

Mmmmmm I wish you could have smelled the house. Devine!

I was unable to finish it, I made the first unseen batch a bit bigger than the pan batch. Monster buns!!

Emma tested and approved along with her cantaloupe. Ha!

thanks for peekin! ;)
